The holiday house has 2 bedrooms, a tower room with a studio couch for 2 persons, a large living room with dining area, a conservatory, a dressing room, a built-in kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Also the self-contained flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a built-in kitchen, dining room and living room. Each has its own terrace and/or roof garden and its own barbecue. The large garden and its additional terrace are also there for your enjoyment.

Within the house there is a self-contained flat. The flat has 2 bedrooms, a dining room and a living room with a studio couch for 2 persons. A covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue can be found at the front of the flat. In addition there is a smaller terrace directly in front of the bedroom. The garden and a third terrace situated in it is for the use of the guests of both Sa Vinya I and Sa Vinya II.

Colonia de Sant Pere is a charming fishing village which up to now has been spared from the influence of mass tourism. The village has a small bathing cove and beach with fine, golden sand, nice beach cafes, restaurants and a picturesque promenade. The attractive yacht harbour is very inviting to walk around. Even though the Spanish character of Colonia de Sant Pere is still very much in evidence, all facilities are to be found, e. g. supermarkets, bakers, banks, hairstylists, dry cleaners and a car hire company.
