The holiday house has 2 bedrooms, a tower room with a studio couch for 2 persons, a large living room with dining area, a conservatory, a dressing room, a built-in kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Also the self-contained flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a built-in kitchen, dining room and living room. Each has its own terrace and/or roof garden and its own barbecue. The large garden and its additional terrace are also there for your enjoyment.

The house has 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds, as well as a magnificent view, the tower room offers a studio couch for 2 more persons. The large living room has a fireplace and dining area. The villa has both a shower and bath and a separate dressing room. The built-in kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Sa Vinya also has a glass-walled veranda with a wonderful view of the sea and the yacht harbour. Much use can be made of the roof garden, separate terrace and the barbecue in the garden.

Colonia de Sant Pere is a charming fishing village which up to now has been spared from the influence of mass tourism. The village has a small bathing cove and beach with fine, golden sand, nice beach cafes, restaurants and a picturesque promenade. The attractive yacht harbour is very inviting to walk around. Even though the Spanish character of Colonia de Sant Pere is still very much in evidence, all facilities are to be found, e. g. supermarkets, bakers, banks, hairstylists, dry cleaners and a car hire company.

The house offers excellent possibilities for walking in the nearby mountains and for visiting numerous attractions in Palma or in Valldemosa or in the dripstone caves Cuevas del Drach. An excursion to the mountains at Soller / Sa Calobra is also very interesting. Children will love the numerous beaches, the safari park and the wide choice of leisure centres on Majorca. A happy time can be spent visiting the old castle buildings at Capdepera or Arta.

Wir haben hier bereits zum 2.Mal einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer.
Der Ort Colonia de Sant Pere ist beschaulich und bietet viele kleine Restaurants.
Es war bestimmt nicht der letzte Urlaub, den wir hier in dem tollen Haus verbracht haben.

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Eine sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung in guter Lage zur kleinen Promenade, dem Yachthafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und großzügig. Wer allerdings zum Strand möchte (z.B. in der Nähe von Can Picafort) sollte sich für die Zeit des Aufenthalts ein Auto mieten -hier ist nur Felsküste-.
Bezaubernd: wunderschöne Sonnenauf- und Untergänge.
In der Nähe auch ein schönes Restaurant/Hotel: Solimar.

Endlich einmal wieder super ausspannen. Im Juni 2009 hatten wir diese gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Colonia de Sant Peré angemietet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Der kleine ort mit seiner schönen prmenade und den netten REstaurants war für uns genau das Richtige. Gerne kommen wir wieder dorthin.

Casa Sa Vinya hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Die Lage unweit der kleinen und beschaulichen Strandpromenade mit seinen netten Restaurants ist einfach wunderschön. Und von der Dachterasse hat man einen wirklich spektakulaeren Blick übers Meer. Das Haus ist sehr zweckmäßig und trotzdem geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr geräumig, hier macht das Kochen Spaß ! Besonders schön fanden wir auch die Schlafzimmer mit den spanischen Möbeln. Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über die Infomappe, von Vorschlägen für Fahrradtouren bis zu Infos zu den jeweiligen Wochenmärkten der Insel steht alles drin.
