Enjoy the beautiful gulf front beach view from your private lanai. The south west exposure offers great sun and gorgeous sunsets. Being at the end of a quiet cul de sac and on a point of land allows for much privacy and quiet solitude. Yet within walking or very short driving distance you will find many restaurants, the best golf courses around, much shopping and the nightlife desired. The greyhound track is minutes away. Sanibel Island is close by. The Fort Myers airport is less than 30 minutes. You will be located 10 minutes from either the heart of Fort Myers Beach or to the exclusive Naples area. This third floor 1 bedroom condo unit can sleep four.
