This 5 BR, 4 BA home is located in a wide cove. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and ice-maker. Dining table with 10 chairs (extra\chairs there also). Living room has a wood-burning fireplace. Sitting room with TV, DVD, Stereo w/cassette & CD player. Lower level Rec room with fireplace, lots of books, toys, games, Professional Foosball table, TV & VCR. Lower level is where the washer/dryer is located. House has a screened in porch with an additional deck with a Stainless Steel Grill. Dock is stationary with party deck . Also has a sand beach! Home is professionally decorated.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $1300-2500/Week
  • Reservations -
    When you book your reservation, we require half of the total amount due. The balance is to be paid in full 14 days prior to your arrival. There is a one time cleaning fee of $95. Method of payment: Half of the total for your rental is due at the time of booking. Personal checks are acceptable for the final half if received at least 14 days prior to arrival. Cashier's checks or travelers checks are acceptable after this period. Credit cards accepted.

    Damage Deposits -
    No Damage deposit is required but you will be liable for any damage or missing items.

    Cancellation -
    All cancellations must be in writing. All monies paid are non-refundable if we are unable to rent the unit. If we are able to rent the unit, then all monies paid will be refunded.

    Pets and Smoking -
    No pets are permitted and no smoking in the home

    Check In & Check Out -
    Check in is 3 pm and check out is 10 am - Our cleaning staff needs time to properly prepare and inspect
  • Furnished -
    Home is furnished with dishes, cooking utensils, flatware, furniture, pillows, blankets and bedspreads. Not Furnished: Sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash and dish cloths, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, cleansers, garbage bags, etc.

    When You Leave -
    Clean out refrigerator of food, wash and put away dishes. Trash pick up is not available so please dispose of trash at the dumpster indicated on arrival sheet. We are not responsible for items left behind, so please check carefully before you depart.

    Boat Lift -
    Tenants are Not allowed to use the lift at the dock. Tenants may use the floating or stationary docks to park their boats, but due to insurance reasons are unable to operate lifts.

Wonderful vacation house

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place for two families to stay. Not only was this house spacious, it was the perfect for our stay. The kids loved swimming in the lake. We had such a good time we hope to return in coming years for a family vacation.

This is our first time staying at this house. We have spent many summers at SML but with just our family of four. This summer, my sister's family drove down from upstate NY and we rented this house. There were basically 10 people 16 and over and one toddler. We enjoyed the little beach with shallow water and the deep water off the end of the dock.
Some things I would have liked were brighter lights and a large trash can to collect trash until we could take it to the collection center.
There were plenty of chairs on the deck, lots of ceiling fans, and large rooms.
