Lakefront house with private dock.

Welcome to our waterfront house with dock! It is located on a quiet cove (No Wake area) directly off a large section of Lake Murray in Lake Village. Even with this quiet location, you are within 1 mile of US 378, 1-1/2 miles of a marina, 4 miles of a shopping center and 11 miles of Lexington.

The dock has adequate space for up to 3 boats and water that is great for swimming. Enjoy the the swing near the edge of the lake while watching the the water activities. There is a deck on the lakeside of the house & a picnic table.

The great room has a 60" TV, with satellite reception, for your entertainment. The wall map of the lake is handy for planning your boat outings.

This is a wonderful location for family groups, fishing and close enough for Columbia football/sports weekends (30 miles) and The Masters (70 miles).

House is non-smoking.

Pre-approved pets allowed.

We had a wonderful visit for our son's 9th birthday! There was plenty of room and we really enjoyed the Clemson colors! The house has everything you need and We would definately visit again!
