Elegantly appointed apartment in the heart of downtown DC can be used as a 2BR or 1BR with den. Three blocks from the Washington Convention Center, 11 blocks to the White House, 6 blocks to the hip and eclectic Dupont Circle area, 4 blocks to the Metro, 1 block to major bus line, 6 blocks to Whole Foods market, 8 blocks to Chinatown. The property is walking distance to numerous retailers, restaurants, art galleries, live theater, nightlife venues, and the Washington business district.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom/den has a queen-sized sofa bed. The unit is outfitted with all of the amenities of a two bedroom apartment, including linens, pots/pans/dishes, microwave, full stove, flat screen television in each room with Comcast cable, a workstation with laptop hookup, free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, private rear garden with barbecue grill and outdoor seating, and front porch with seating. Great Location

Centrally located in downtown Washington, DC. Walk to all major attractions or go 4 blocks and hop on the cities great subway system to explore the suburban malls and other offerings. Stay in the heart of the city and forget about having to drive and find one of the limited available parking spaces.

My husband, three of our kids (2 teens and 1 elementary age) and I spent a fantastic 4 days soaking up the city life in this beautiful apartment. It was so clean and comfortable, with an up-to-date kitchen and bath (with lovely tile floors) and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the rest of the apartment. It's in a wonderful location - within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and most museums. The owner was prompt in responding to my questions prior to our arrival and saw to it that we had everything we needed during our stay. We could not have had nicer accommodations! We will DEFINITELY stay here on next trip to D.C.

Comfortable and convenient we were able to throughly enjoy our weekend. Well stocked with thoughtful items such as a shopping cart the four of us had plenty of room. The owner was extremely helpful and pleasant answering all of our questions promptly. When in the area will definitely stay here again if available!

Very convienent to everything. Walked everywhere or took circular (thanks for the tip Jackie).
The apt is located in a beautiful historic home. We truly appreciated the love and care it takes to maintain a home like that. Love that the owners lived upstairs, Jackie was very gracoius and had many helpful tips. Would absolutely stay again and would recommend to friends.

Convenient, Comfortable, Considerate

Great for this couple; able to walk to the Mall and elsewhere. Metro about 4 blocks, taxis nearby, Circulator close enough. Very clean, great kitchen and bath with comfortable bedroom. Living room had pull out bed and there was a nice patio that we never got around to using - unfortunately.
Manager was most responsive and accommodating. Would recommend and return.

Memorial Day Memories

Ours was about a 10 day stay for the holiday and USNA graduation.
Very convenient, clean and spacious < this in comparison with other rentals. If you're up for a 15 minute walk the Mall awaits you; Metro is closer as is the Circulator[hidden gem]. Nicely equipped modern kitchen. Jackie is readily available to answer/help with any situations. She is very generous in her management philosophy. We felt secure and welcomed; was as advertised. Would stay again.
