Lovely 3BR, 2 baths cottage in Madaket, located walking distance to beaches, a carryout/convenience store, and the shuttle bus to town.

This cottage offers you a spacious master bedroom (queen bed) with private full bath, and two guest rooms sharing the second full bathroom. The cathedral ceilings along with the wood-burning fireplace give to the open concept living/dining/kitchen area a cozy atmosphere, even in the winter months.

The cottage also features a nice deck with a charcoal grill, large lawn and an outdoor shower.

We also have another house located in Madaket to offer. It is a bigger 3 bedroom/3 bath almost right on the ocean. It is available August 3 to 10 for 4000$.
