  • Add 10% Florida taxes to rates. Rates include Clean-up and beach chairs/umbrella (in season). $200 Refundable Deposit required. Mail deposit within 7 business days to owner (address can be requested from owner). A confirmation letter will be sent upon receipt of deposit check. Full payment is due 20 days prior to arrival and may be made via personal check, Visa or MasterCard. No Smoking and No Pets!!!!!
