'Seaclusion' is a unique 3000 square foot custom built home set on over an acre of tropical landscaping with a sparkling new heated pool on beautiful Summerland Key in the lower Florida Keys. This 4 BR 3 BA home offers a master bedroom suite complete with king size bed, it's own private screen room and sun-tanning area, wet bar, and bathroom area with his and her everything as well as a jacuzzi tub for relaxing after spending a hard day in the pool or on the ocean. On the second floor you will find a queen sleep sofa in the spacious living area along with a full entertainment center and high speed wireless Internet service for your laptop. There are also two bedrooms with queen beds and a bath on the second floor. Downstairs is a large rustic bedroom with a wall unit air conditioner, queen bed and bath with shower. The sliding doors lead to a screen room and then outside to the sparkling new heated pool or to the new 200 foot dock with 4+ feet of control depth.

Looe Key Reef and Marine Sanctuary, one of the top dive and snorkel locations in the Keys, is a 15 minute boat ride from the dock. We are located just 20 miles from Key West with its many restaurants, stores and attractions. It's only a ten minute boat shuttle to the exclusive Little Palm Island Resort.

Every water activity is at your back door whether it's deep sea or back water fishing, diving, snorkeling or sailing.
