Downstairs is a two room efficiency with a small refrigerator and hotplate, a bedroom with twin beds, bath with large shower, and living area with a queen size futon sofa bed.
Gas heat and hot water, available throughout, with A/C upstairs only. Upstairs also has ceiling vent-fan (which quickly sucks out any hot air which may accumulate) and ceiling fan. During the Winter, the rates are higher to reflect the higher gas prices for heating as well as the cost of opening and closing required to keep pipes from freezing.
There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the cabin.
Parking is available for both levels. We never rent to 2 different parties at the same time.
