Dolphin Place is a 2-story beach house 130 yards to the big beach at 1706 Dolphin Street Garden City, South Carolina in Gulf Stream Estates, a private neighborhood off S Waccamaw Drive. It has its own private in ground 16 X 32 foot by 9 foot deep pool on the deep water of Murrells Inlet. There is a large fenced-in back yard with a waterfront gazebo, new 12 foot wide concrete boat ramp, covered/uncovered fixed pier with electricity,lights, and water, and a 12 X 24 ft. floating dock. There is a front porch with ocean views. There are 3 BR, 2 BA, a family/dining room, and a kitchen on each of the two floors. Downstairs there are 3 queen beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 king bed, a game room with 7 foot pool table, 27 inch TV, and a laundry room. Upstairs there are 2 queen beds and 2 kings. Each bedroom has a color TV with cable, radio/alarm clock, nightstand with light, and water views.
