The cottage shares 367 ft. of Lakefront footage, large dock, and outdoor fire pit located in a large common area. The view of Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes is especially beautiful at sunset. The property borders the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. The cottage is approximately 3 miles from Glen Arbor and 4 miles from Empire, both have lovely Public Lake Michigan Beaches. Traverse City is about 1/2 hr. east of Glen Lake. There is easy access to a wide variety of activities from boating, canoeing, hiking, swimming, golfing, shopping, boating, and canoeing. Last summer the kitchen was updated, new carpet, tile and interior painted. Trees and shrubs have been trimmed or cut down for a better view of Lake. you view lake from porch, LR, DR, BD
