Included are all furnishings including TV's in each bedroom with cable TV, VCR, stereo system, linens, as well as a modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, right down to the coffeepot and dishes. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. In the beautiful stretch of Indian Shores, this vacation home will provide many hours of fabulous views and walks on the beach! Many shopping and restaurant opportunities nearby. It is just several miles south of Clearwater Beach, 30 minutes from Busch Gardens, as well as just one and a half hours from Disney World. The unit is approximately 1440 square feet with a large balcony. The balcony faces the Intercostals Waterway for boat watching and also provides vistas across the street to the gulf views. Fishing, golfing, parasailing, jet-skiing, boating, are close by. John's Pass provides shopping and water sports excursions for sightseeing.
Wonderful restaurants featuring local seafood, steaks, pasta, and everything from casual to upscale dining. It is easy to find a quiet relaxing time or an adventure packed vacation here.
