Immaculate and charming 3/4 bedroom home on quiet street on desirable north side of Route 6A. Walk to view the sunset at one of several nearby bay side beaches. Home features open floor plan with newly painted interiors, new furniture and comfortable beds. Sleeps 8. Renovated bathroom with tub. Large private yard, huge deck and outdoor shower await.

Quiet street, beautiful area, with shops, restaurants, ice cream, quaint general store, Cape Cod rail trail, Nickerson State Park, museums and more, all nearby. A great winter retreat as well, available October-March for $900 per month - spend time on the Cape when the crowds have gone away.

Microwave, blender, coffee maker, washer/dryer, toaster, full size stove and frig, lobster pot. LR has cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo/CD player, deck has outdoor furniture, seating for 8, gas grill, large outdoor shower. Sheets included. Bath towels included. Bring your own beach towels.

We are near Paine's Creek beach, Robbins Hill beach, and St. Landings beach, sunset beaches - best on the Cape. Great for kids too. We are located just off of Lower Road.

We've stayed here for two years now, each time for two weeks, and the owners make us feel right at home. They even leave their kyaks for our use. House is clean, comfortable and has a great vibe. We are happy customers.

Terrific house!

My family stayed in this Cape house last week (mid July 2009) and loved it. The house is very clean, well maintained, spaceous, and is well stocked with clean blankets, linens, beach towels, and household staples (including a fan for every room). There is a large deck on the back with a gas grill. We all loved the huge outdoor shower. The backyard is totally private and the front yard is large (great for wiffle ball!). The road is very quiet. We walked to Kate's Seafood for icecream and to Paine's Creek Beach which is gorgeous. Brewster is a beautiful town with many lovely beaches. I highly recommend this house.

Darling Vacation Cottage

This is a darling cottage in a great location. We have returned for several summers and love the area. Quiet, but lots of nearby shopping, restaurants, sights and small beaches. Very accomodating owners, too.
