Enjoy the convenience of JACK'S Restaurant for a late breakfast, fine evening dining or catch the sunset from the deck at the outdoor 'Tiki' bar. Condo includes two bedrooms, two baths, one with a jacuzzi tub. Sleeping accommodations include king and queen beds, a queen foldout and a double bed mattress on a unique 3rd level loft. Unit has a commanding view from your private deck of glorious sunsets, 4th of July and Coast Guard Fireworks, Grand Isle Marina, River Island, and the Holiday Inn dockage. Notes: You have access to the Holiday Inn (located next door) which has both indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub and exercise room. There is a 37' HDTV on the main level with a DVD/CD player and VCR. There is also a radio receiver/amplifier connected to remote speakers. The Upper Level has a 32' HDTV with DVD player. The kitchen area has a large full size refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal microwave and a Jennaire electric range with oven and grille top. There is a coffee maker and plenty of bowls, pots & pans for cooking. In the deck is a gas grille for grilling. A stacked washer/dryer is located on the main floor. Towels, linens, etc are provided.

Use of Holiday Inn indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub and exercise room is included in the rental. A short trolley ride is available to downtown Grand Haven, Grand Haven State Park Beach, the Boardwalk and anywhere else you choose to go in the 'Tri-Cities' area. Bring your bikes!! There is a new million-dollar bike path bridge over the Grand River that provides safe direct access into downtown Grand Haven and Ferrysburg. The bike path continues around Spring Lake and all the way to Holland State Park. You are within walking distance to a 'Brew Pub', coffee shop, other restaurants and nearby Spring Lake shopping. There is a boat launch and public park 2-blocks away.

Area: Grand Haven is known for it's annual Coast Guard Festival, Boardwalk and Beautiful Beaches.

Spring Lake and Grand Haven offer an assortment of adventures in shopping, dining, beaches and famous Lake Michigan sunsets! Hoffmaster State Park, Michigan Adventure Water Park and a Shopping Mall are just minutes away north on Hwy 31
