This spacious home is located Oceanside in Pt. Pleasant Beach, just steps from the Ocean. You can enjoy a private path to the beach. There is a private sitting area on the dune where you can watch the sunrise with your coffee. This home lies just 100 yards west of Bradshaw Beach which is private and has lifeguards. Each guest is required to wear a beach badge and eight (8) are included with your rental. Four blocks to the north is the start of the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, filled with shops, eateries, and amusements. Other attractions nearby include golf, fishing, health facilities, and restaurants. Enjoy this very comfortable home in the off Season, or while your home is being remodeled or built. Your kids will be able to stay in the Pt. Pleasant Beach School System. Call us for details.

Additional information about rental rates

  • This spacious house is available from $2500-$5500 per week.
  • Policies:
    We ask for a $1000 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 30 days. After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for five days, pending the receipt of your deposit. We accept cash, travelers checks and major credit cards (please add 4% for credit card processing).

    The lease will only be in one persons name. All family members will need to be listed. Please note that we do not accept 'sharing.' We are willing to consider two families.

    The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday.

    Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time). Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 11:00am check-out time.

    Upon check-out guests are expected to strip all beds, carry out trash, do dishes and leave the premises in a neat and tidy condition. Our cleaning crew will take care of the rest. $200 will be deducted from your security deposit
  • Please bring your own food, linens, blankets, towels, toiletries, etc.

    No pets are allowed.
