Beautiful view, close to everything

Excellent view--expecially in the evening with the dramatic sky set against the water and the marina in the distance! Imagine sitting on the balcony, feeling the swift, clean breeze and listening to the tropical birds with a drink of your choice in hand. It's the perfect way to begin or end your day. I could have spent the entire week in the condo and been happy!
The owner is absolutely fabulous, easy to reach, friendly and sooo helpful.
I went in mid January in a group of 4 and it was great. This place is minutes from the beaches, ferry (to culebra and vieques), bioluminesent bay, and 25 min to the largest marina--Great if you are into snorkeling. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood with almost no one around--you really can't see anyone from the windows--so it's private and safe but still close to food.
The nearby restaurants are sleepier than in San Juan in that they tend to close earlier, but some do stay open til 10. Expect to pay about $60pp at the nicer ones.
The place was in a great location and we could have easily fit more people if we wanted to. Very spacious and clean with all of the amenities like wireless internet!
