This impressive 2800 square foot home at #5 Fawn Lane is ideally located between the Village Mall and Sunriver Lodge area (including South Pool). The home was totally remodeled inside and out, with the addition of 1,000 sq ft. All new upscale furnishings were provided upon completion in 2008. The home is like new, with the character of the original home but with a luxurious feel. Furnishings include many Dick Idol items and a leather sectional in the living room. The gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, while air condition is appreciate on warm summer days. There is high-speed internet access and LCD TV's throughout. Ten cruiser bikes, ping pong and foosball tables, unlimited pool/tennis court passes (summer) and gas BBQ are provided.It is just a five-minute walk across Abbott Drive from the Sunriver Village Mall or the south pool near the Sunriver Lodge. The home is in a quiet area with extensive common area surrounding two sides of the home that provides privacy and openness.

Kitchen & Dining: : The all new kitchen includes granite countertops with breakfast bar (seating for 4), and is open to the dining area with solid mango wood table (seating for 10). Access to the deck is through a 9 ft French door from dining area.

Outside Amenities:: From the dining area there is direct access to a large 16 x 24 ft paver patio with picnic table, gas barbecue and patio furniture to enjoy the outdoors. The hot tub for 7 is at the back of the home, with privacy screen and room for seating and socializing. There is a double carport with additional paved parking area. Eight new adult cruiser bikes, 2 child bike trailer and a ping pong table are provided for guests.

We had a great time at your beautiful home! We, our children and grandchildren - ages 1 yr - 59yrs all enjoyed all the fun at Sunriver - especially the bikes, pool and hottub. Your house is perfect for our family - lots of bedrooms and bathrooms :-)

We had a family reunion here in August 2008. WOW! If you rent this lovely home, you will NOT be disappointed! Everything was so clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished & with very nice linens. It was a great location too, on a cul-de-sac, just a short bike ride to the Village Mall, Lodge, and swimming pool. You can just hop on your bike, and the trails are right behind the garage, yet there's still lots of privacy. Many fun evenings barbequing, playing ping pong, and enjoying the hot tub. Would highly recommend staying here!

What a wonderful home and furnished with top of the line items, including bedding! There was nothing that we would change and the 7 bikes were a bonus! Thanks so much for making our vacation so nice and our Texas family loved the accommodations of your home and Sunriver. Will definitely do this again in 2008.
