Enjoy spectacular sunsets and the laid back lifestyle of one of San Diego's most popular coastal communities. Our townhome is located in a gated beach community with easy access to a private beach below the bluff (140 yards from our door to the ocean). The community has 2 pools, an outdoor spa, serene gardens, walking paths as well as 5 tennis courts. Our tri -level vacation home is tastefully decorated with your destination in mind. There are 4BR 2BA and two separate living areas. One on the main floor and one on the lower level which is ideal for families with children. Our vacation home features a fully equipped kitchen, designer linens, a full size washer and dryer, big screen TV, DVD, VCR, stereo and stay in touch home service. We are convenient to local golf courses as well as all the fine attractions San Diego has to offer including Legoland, Seaworld and the world famous San Diego Zoo. Surf on down and stay with us!

    Callfor Spring specialsI have been busy since being back...thursday I went blackraspberry hunting with JR and made a blackraspberry cobbler from scratch. Friday I took them fishing and caught a mess of red-eye that I cooked for us all over a fire I built down at the river. Then Saturday I went hiking and we went fishing again, but I ended up spending all my time catching a bucket of MASSIVE crawdads that I went home and cooked in a nice cajun boil and we ate them today in a cookout I had with those burgers and hotdogs I brought back. I also gigged a big ole bullfrog with my pocket knife from ten feet away...cooked him up that night too...delicious. Anyways, hope all is well at home. I wish you a happy fathers day Dad.

An absolutely fantastic place to stay! Great location, easy access to the beach and local town. FYI...the beach is great for surfing! The property itself is spacious, very well presented with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. The gated community is very peaceful and friendly, very well maintained with excellent security.

I would thoroughly recommend this place to all.

OMG

A Desert Family Palm Springs

This place had everything and I mean everything you may think of using on a vacation ... games and toys for the kids, swim toys, beach toys, Boogie boards, bath toys, ... a huge video collection and a separate den where the kids gathered each night with a bowl of popcorn, so no running out to the rental store! We enjoyed the nightly walks to the beach for sunset and the BBQ on the back deck! This was the first time we chose a vacation rental as an alternative to a hotel. I would thoroughly recommend it! We felt pampered by the nice linens and clean spacious living areas! Thanks again Jan your home is beautiful, thanks for sharing it!

Thank you so much! Your vacation home is a wonderful place and I appreciate all that you did in advance to help make my Girls Week a big success! When I thought of taking my bridesmaids away for an extended weekend instead of the traditional Bachelorette party ... well I didn't know if I would be able to pull it off logistically before my wedding. Thanks for making it happen! The town-home is super spacious and it was great to be so close to the beach and have some girl time! We are already planning on coming back!

Spring Break Family Vacation 2009

We truly enjoyed our vacation and this rental property was a wonderful part of it. We have a family with 4 kids ranging in ages from 2 years old to 15 years old. The accommodations were a fit for everyone and everyone had their own space, yet adequate space to spend together too.
We enjoyed grilling on the deck for our noon and evening meals. We spent every day at the beach - boogeyboarding, searching for sea shells, and building sand castles.
We have made several recommendations to friends and family already. The customer service was great. The property was clean and well-maintained with all the supplies we needed: towels, dishes, cooking needs, etc.
We were in close proximity to many attractions, but ended up spending only one day at Sea World as we didn't want to lose a day at the beach house!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the townhouse which was as advertised. A sole drawback for our family was the amount of steps (both to the beach, and to get in to the house), as we have a handicapped daughter.
