Our week long stay at this bay-front condo was very enjoyable. The view delightful with a steady stream of fishing boats and seabirds. We would grab a book and spend a peaceful hour under a sheltered balcony. Indoors, the bedrooms and beds are comfy with ample amenities. The kitchen is well appointed and the air conditioning works well. A wide, well groomed, free beach is a short walk as is the end of the boardwalk.
Simply put, this rental is a winner.

Great Location, Spacious and Dog Friendly

The condo was exactly as described. Plenty of room for 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 pre-teens. Easy walking distance to the beach, several mini-golf courses, bus stop, 7-11, Candy Kitchen, Salty Dog and Fishtails. What more can you ask for! A nice park is about 2 blocks away and is shaded and a nice place for our puppy to stretch her legs. The balcony has incredible views and everyone loved looking out over the bay and watching the boats go - including Maggie our pup!

The kitchen is well equipped and includes a nice blender to make frozen drinks to cool oneself off. A bonus is that there is TV in every room!!! No need for the adults to watch the Disney Channel 24x7. Lots of closet space, pillows and drawer space.

It was a very relaxing vacation because I didn't have to worry about Maggie being locked up in a kennel. She got to vacation with us. And the condo is in a very dog-friendly neighborhood. We made lots of new friends the week we were there. We will be back!!

Beautiful Bay View for our Pups!

This condo is a great find for anyone who loves their dogs as much as we love ours. They enjoyed the balcony more than we did! Every morning and evening was spent on the balcony with the pups enjoying the breeze and watching the ships go by. The condo really is as pretty as the pictures appear on line. The owners are kind and helpful. Our family would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing get away. Just a short walk to the excitement of the beach and boardwalk with quiet mornings and evenings away from it all at the bay. Who could ask for anything more?

Beautiful View

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The accomodations were excellent. It was a nice amount of space for us (3 adults, 3 children and 1 dog). The view was absolutely beautiful and the breeze on the balcony was so nice after a warm day at the beach. We loved the fact that the sun never hit directly on the balcony itself. Watching the boats passing by was great and the clamming beds (sandbars) directly in front of the balcony are awesome. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. My only suggestion would be WiFi/Internet connection since, unfortunately, most of us have to stay connected to work for whatever reasons (I know vacation is supposed to be "vacating" from the norm, but sometimes it isn't always like that). We would recommend eating at the Dough Roller for a nice lunch, also Pro Golf has an Indoor Mini Golf for those occasions when it is too hot and of course FIshers Popcorn and Candy Kitchen. We love Jolly Rogers Splash Mountain, but a local gal recommended Jungle Jims in Rehoboth which is the equivalent but about $5.00 cheaper per person (if you are taking a larger group, this savings is well worth it). Also, if you go to the beach, park or sit around 9th street as there is a public restroom located at that part of the beach.
Take advantage of this condo, it's great. We would definitely go there again.
