Welcome to our most popular home! Over the last year, we've had the unfortunate experience of turning away great renters that either had larger families, lots of friends, or that simply needed a bit extra room. This 3200 sq. foot home is the ultimate vacation locale. It's a wonderful home for a long vacation, a luxurious conference center, or just a comfortable and fun home-away-from-home for a big family. Tons of room, directly across from the beach side with only one street between you and the white sand. We're sure you'll love it!

We're sure you'll love it!: This 3200 sq. foot home comes with plenty of living space, private pool, and workout room. The house has four bedrooms--king, queen, queen & trundle bed, two twins, and a sleeper couch, and a two car garage. The home is only five years old, tile and wood floors wall to wall, full amenities, of course, included (full kitchen, entertainment, washer/dryer, free high-speed wireless internet, free unlimited local, state, national and even some international calling, etc...). **We just upgraded the home with a new free-use computer (complete with World of Warcraft installed and ready to play ^_^) and we'll be putting in a nice 50' plasma HDTV shortly!

A great location--far away for privacy, but a fifteen minute drive to downtown St. Augustine (the oldest city in the U.S.!). Windsurf in the intercoastal canal, or the ocean if you are truly gifted. Take a tour to the military fort the Spanish successfully held against the French for over one hundred years. Definitely take in a carriage ride through the cobblestone streets of the old city. Don't forget to lie in bed till all hours in the morning dreaming of your beach adventures for the day!

My wife, 10 y/o son and his 10 y/o friend just spent a week at the Luxury Beach House. Wow what a treat! The house was outstanding and our stay was great.

Working with Brandon and others from his company couldn't have been easier. From the intial planning through the deposit return we were consitantly impressed. In addition to working with Brandon, we met the cleaning and maintenance crews who were just as friendly and just as helpful.

I tend to research things and we looked onlne at properties in the area from about 10 companies. I found St. Augustine Vacations to have a wide selection, all the information I needed on their website, and favorable pricing. That combined with the A+ service we received will make us repeat customers. I would certainly recommend Brandon and his team to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Saint Augustine!

Oh yeah, the house was great!

We hosted a group of 16 golfers at four of the beach homes provided by Hartley and Sons Vacation Rentals. The Luxury Beach House was center stage, severing as our group meeting place, providing group dinners, etc. While we spent most of our week at golf courses in the area, the Luxury Beach Home provided a very comfortable venue for our late evening social activities.

Our group has been making this annual trip for 16 years. 13 to Hilton Head, 1 to Gulf Shores, 1 to Kiawha Island. This was by far the best outing. The Golf was fantastic and the weather perfect.

We played and would highly recommend the following courses:

TPC Sawgrass Valley
LPGA Champions Course
WGV King & Bear
WGV Slammer & Squire
North Hampton
South Hampton
Matanza Woods (w/some reservations)

The house was absolutely delightful, and the pool is perfect! Everything you need is provided...it REALLY is. The Hartley's treat you like family, and even came by to welcome us.

The house is decorated, maintained and situated beautifully. We have been renting various beach homes over the years, and this is by far the nicest place we've stayed. The Hartley's are very nice, undemanding and extremely accomodating. We had a wonderful stay and will absolutely rent from the Hartleys in the future. Thanks for a great week guys!

I rented the beach house and was very impressed with the house. The Hartley family has thought of everything. My guests were very impressed with the house and the pool. The beach is so pleasant for a walk in the evening and at sunset. Sitting on the top deck watching the sun set was wonderful. If you need to get away and just relax, this the house to rent. Renting from the Hartley family is the best. They give you personal attention and make you feel at home in their house.. Thanks again..Mary Pederi
