Townhome, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This is a very comfortable 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Townhouse located in the beautiful Lake Tahoe Keys... Great for both summertime and wintertime fun. On the water condo located right on the channel that leads out to the lake and has great views from the living room and master bedroom. All Lake Tahoe keys community amenities included. Heavenly Mountain is less than 5 miles away. Many other resorts are less than an hour.

Comfortable, charming and clean. Our kitchen is completely stocked with new pots and pans. Brand new extremely comfortable Queen size bed in 2nd bedroom. We have updated or replaced all linens and bedding. New pots, pans, and dinnerware. Unit has a cuisinart coffee maker, food processor, toaster oven, hand mixer, blender, and great ice maker.

We have TV's in all rooms. DVD, Wi-Fi included

Boating, water skiing, hiking, cycling and casinos are close by. Kayak, bike and ski rentals are also very close to the condo.

Smoke free environment, perfect for vacation!!!

About The Owner

We have owned this condo since 1987 and I've spent many of my childhood summers and winters up here. We live in Southern California and come up to Lake Tahoe as often as possible to enjoy the snow in the winter, and the lake in the Summer. We love to take advantage of all the hiking, cycling, skiing and beautiful views all around. We think Lake Tahoe is a fantastic place to vacation year-round, and we hope you will enjoy your stay here.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 1987
Why The Owner chose Tahoe Keys

We love Lake Tahoe and have been coming up here since the 1980's. My family bought this townhouse in the late '80's and we come up several times a year to enjoy. Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall... it's beautiful up here.

fantastic locale

The location of this condo is ideal for a visit to south Lake Tahoe.
I came up to ski and it is easily within 30-45 minutes of most major Lake Tahoe resorts, and especially closed to Heavenly. Owner Rob is very helpful and nice. I would definitely come back and stay here again in the future

Wonderfully Convenient!

This accomodation was perfect for our little group of 6. The place was very clean and well maintained and had a beautiful view of the keys. It was located in a great place, very convenient and parking was not a problem. The ample amount of cooking utensils was also really great. Rob was a great person to talk to about staying there and was very helpful with the whole process. We will be staying again here in the near future!

Close to the Strip, but away from the crowds

Very nice 2 level condo overlooking the marina. Close to the strip (10min max), but out of the way. Easy access to south shore and to restaurants.
Balcony overlooks the marina. 3 bedrooms provide plenty of room for 6 people. Fireplace finishes off the accents. Loved our stay over New Years Eve!

Comfortable, modern, clean accomodations close to skiing, the lake, stores, dining and casinos

A group of six friends stayed in this condo duirng late winter 2011- and had a fantastic experience playing in the sur-real snowfall that winter. Unlimited powder for a week. The condo is clean, quiet and comfortable with good access to Heavenly, Sierra at Tahoe and Kirkwood. We also ventured to Squaw one day which was a good day trip. Shopping is within a mile or two as are several decent dining options. The casinos in Stateline are a quick drive away. Although we were here in the winter, its clear this is a fantastic venue for summer boating, cycling or hiking. Highly recommended for a Tahoe get-away!

My wife and I have stayed at this location a number of times and will continue to go back. Whether it's summer or winter, this is a prime location. The place is well kept, clean, has all the amenities you need, is right on the water - very close to Heavenly and the strip. We had access to the beach and tennis courts too. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, this condo is a great place for a couple or a family and the price is perfect. Many thanks to the owners for making this rental easy, fun and a place we want to bring our friends and family.
