A sitting room/den next to the master has 42 inch wall mounted big screen, TV, VCR, DVD player, and a number of videos nd DVDs and books for your enjoyment. On the main floor, there is a kitchen, living room and second bathroom. This area also has a cabinet unit with a built-in double Murphy bed. The living area has a sound system with a number of CDs for your listening pleasure. The inside living areas are tastefully decorated with Mexican art and decorative items. The condo is cooled by ocean and mountain cross breezes and has two ceiling fans.

Manzanillo has not been developed as a tourist destination, so it retains much of its ‘small town’ charm, as well as the ability to enjoy many of the benefits of a first class tourist destination.
Colima, the capital city of the state of Colima, is approximately one-hour drive away. It has an historic main square, pre-Colombian ruins and is near two volcanoes, one of which is still active. There are also charming pueblos nearby such as historic and charming Comala.
Famed black sand beaches, south of Manzanillo, are approximately 45 minutes drive.
Located on the Mexican Riviera, Manzanillo is south of Puerto Vallarta and north of Acapulco on the Pacific coast. Direct flights are available from most major cities in Canada and the U.S.
The condo is located 30 minutes south of the Manzanillo Airport and is centrally located on the Santiago Peninsula. The Peninsula has a guard station through which everyone must pass to get onto the Peninsula.
