The private rear balcony overlooks the Intracoastal waterway where you can watch the dolphins and manatee at play. The sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico are just across the street and can be seen from the deck outside the front door of the condo. Tampa International Airport 30 minutes, Clearwater/St Pete Airport 20 minutes. Disney 90 minutes. Ellenton Outlet Mall 30 minutes. Fort de Soto Park 10 minutes.

Amenities: The condo has 2 cable TVs, VCR, DVD, CD player, washer, dryer and ironing facilities, telephone, hairdryers, and all linens and towels are provided. The on-site amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, tennis court and private fishing dock. There is also a gazebo which has two gas grills for our guests personal use. There are many shops and restaurants all within walking distance.
