Perfect spot for large families, or get together with friends. 3,500 sq. ft. of living space with a large seating area near water, on 40 ft deck, or in family room with pool table.
Our home is situated in a very quiet cove with a southwest exposure on a the most pristine lake in the state of New Hampshire. 100 ft of frontage with a dock located on beautiful and crystal clear Merrymeeting Lake which is a 1,111 acre lake, 122' deep called the cleanest lake in New Hampshire.
This is truly a place to relax, enjoy the serenity of nature and have fun on the water. You are welcome to bring your own boat and tie up right a t the dock. We have a paddle boat, canoe, swim raft, and kayak available to use.
The 40 ft long wrap around deck off the kitchen/dining room offers direct views of the sun and lake and has plenty of space for outdoor grilling, eating, lounging, Bird lovers delight in the hummingbirds, nuthatchers, etc. who come right to the deck.
We provide pillows, blankets, towels and sheets. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a wine refrigerator.
Ramps from the parking area direct to the main house and to the water allow guests with mobility issues greater access to the waterfront than most homes, although the house is NOT ADA compliant.
The main house has first floor bedroom, 2 huge second floor bedrooms, 2 full baths, one on each floor, two large flat screen tvs, fully equipped kitchen, cable tv, and 2-zone forced hot water baseboard by oil heat. The bungalow guest house has 2 bedrooms, a walk-in shower, large family room, radiant floor heat and easy access from a ramp.
