Ducky 1 is a fully equipped vacation home. . We think it's 'Just Ducky'. We provide Wireless Internet at NO charge. Enjoy the enclosed heated in-ground pool (south-facing pool). Take a short walk or bike to the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach. (included, 2 bikes). We also include a pass to the state park on the beach, so you can drive, take a cooler, umbrella, chairs etc.and park for free. Ducky I is beautifully furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with great room. (sleeps 7to 8). Bring the family. We include a crib, pack and play, a highchair and pool toys!. Add sunshine to make your beach days just about perfect. Like to play GOLF, we have clubs available, just request them when booking, and save the extra charges at the airport or golf course! ! Our Guest Book will guide you to the grocery, shopping, and a few of our favorite restaurants. Our on-site manager or the owners will check in on you after your arrival to make sure you have everything you need for your vacation.

Amenities:: Ducky 1 is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Heated and enclosed pool, great room equipped with TV/VCR/DVD and CD stereo system; master bedroom with TV/DVD. We have tried to anticipate your needs in the kitchen, at the pool and yes even things you will need for the beach.

Also includes Climate Control Air-Conditioning, Gas BBQ grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher, telephone, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker/grinder, cable TV, dishes/utensils provided, hair dryer, linens & towels provided. All furnishings are high quality. Also includes two bicycles, Pack & Play, and high chairs available. For the vacationer that loves the beach there are Delnor-Wiggins State Park Pass for entry & parking at beach. No Pets or Smoking.

Just minutes to the Ritz Carlton, and many excellent dining opportunities in all price ranges. There is Golf & Tennis nearby, Nature Preserves, State Park, Fishing, Boat Charters and Rentals, Sunset Cruise to the Gulf of Mexico, Go Carts, Video Games, Movies, Bike Rentals, Shopping, Dining, Water Sport Rentals at the Beach, Theater, Special Events and Sporting Events at TECO Arena, Teddy Bear Museum, Children's Museum, Zoo at Caribbean Gardens etc.

Boutiques and galleries line Just South of us is Fifth Avenue. Just North of us is Miomar Outlets, Coconut Point Mall. Just minutes away you can visit the Art Museum or take in a show at the Philharmonic Center for the Arts.

Wonderful Home, GREAT Location

We rented this sight unseen except for the description and pictures featured on the internet. From submitting our request for dates to the follow-up on our return home, every aspect of our rental experience was great. No surprises and lots of TLC!!! We highly reccommend these owners and their support staff. We stayed by the heated swimming pool, went to the beach, Marco Island and the Hard Rock Casino. We fell in love with the Pavillion Plaza for grocery shopping, movies, Chinese Food(China Pavillion) and Entertainment at Legends. Even found a Nail Technician at Le Chic in the Bank of America Building. Went Deep Sea Fishing too. Our adult children(ages 21 - 32) came and stayed with us and found plenty to entertain themselves as well.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Wonderful ammenities!

Kathy was absolutely wonderful to work with. We own our own vacation home that we rent and we took notes by how nicely Kathy managed her home. For a family this home is perfect. There were buckets of pool and beach toys, bikes, helmuts, balls, pump, beach towels, beach umbrellas, etc! I've been to rentals that're so frugal with toiletries, not here. There were paper towels, tp, soaps, detergent, dish soap. The last thing I want to do when I go on vacation is go to wal-mart, no need here :) Our Wi-fi was down, she had it up and running within 15 minutes. The home was clean, plenty big for our family of 7, and they even had a beach pass for the state beach minutes away! Very nicely done, thank you Kathy.

Great Place!!

We had a great time in Ducky 1. The property was really clean and well maintained and had everything you would need for a holiday. The pool is a good size and is great for families. The villa is located just 5 mins drive to the nearest beach (Delanor Wiggins) and because a permit is provided with the villa the entry fee is free.

All the beaches and Naples pier (free fishing) area are absolutely great and the villa is located close to the US41 so is about 10-15 mins drive to the main Naples 'historic' district with 'Tin City' waterfront.

There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes drive of the villa. It is also about 10 mins drive to the I 75 so it is ideally located to get to the Everglades, Tampa or Miami.

We would highly recommend this villa and would love to stay again.

It has been a wonderful vacation and we think you for your beautiful house and hospitality. Our family has been renting houses for years, and I am extremely impressed with all the added attention - plenty of soap, towels, toys, crib, extra pillows, bedsheets and blankets. Nothing to complain about. Thank You again. We all had a wonderful time and loved the Delnor-Wiggins Park.
