  • Our rates are all inclusive, tax and cleaning fee included. A $200 security/damage deposit due within 7 days of booking. Return to you (subject to damage or excessive cleaning fee) within 15 days after departure date. Security/damage deposit will be handled in a prompt and fair fashion.
    Full rental payment (not including $200 deposit) due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival no penalty; cancellation less than 30 days subject to a $25 fee; less than 14 days subject to a $100 fee.
    We are not set up to take credit card payment.

Very nice condo, great location

My wife and I and another couple rented this condo. It was more than enough room for 4 people. There were two bedrooms, each with their own bath. In the loft area, there was two twin beds. The two ski hills were conveniently located only minutes from the condo. All in all a great place to stay!
