Photos and Description of the Orange Beach vacation condo rental 1BR/2BA Townhouse Style, Best Value on the Beach. Newly Decorated.

Previous guests have commented that they were so surprised our condo was so nice for the reasonable cost. Bedroom is upstairs with a full bath (queen-size bed with new mattress). Downstairs is living room (hide-a-bed sofa - sleeps 2) plus fully equipped kitchen, another bath plus private balcony. Linens and towels provided. All the comforts of home.

One of area's most popular family oriented Beachside condos. Amenities include 270' directly on the Gulf of Mexico (you do not have to cross the strret) four pools,including one kiddie pool and on heated pool. Beachside Restrooms, Tennis Court, large upper level gulf front sundeck area (also lots of shady areas to get out of the sun) Gated complex with year-round security guard,covered parking, full size fully equipped kitch, washer/dryer in unit. Only three floor tall---not a high rise

This is a wonderful condo, very clean and beautifully decorated. The queen bed in the master is very comfortable !Sugar Beach is a great family vacation location and the pools and pool area are wonderful !! Last week was our third year in a row to stay in this condo which proves how much we love it !

We had a great time and the weather was wonderful. The only thing was that we ended up leaving early b'c of hurricane Gustav. We were lucky to get ahead of the traffic. We hope to come back. The 4 pools made it nice b'c it was never crowded and the Sugar Shack, was also a nice touch for snacks and beverages.

This is one of the nicest condos I've ever stayed in and the owners are great to work with in getting your reservations, etc. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a smaller condo to hold 2 to 4 adults. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the pools are kept clean as is the rest of the building.

The description was very accurate. Extremely clean and well maintained. The owner was very easy to communicate with and easily contacted. I have already recommended this property to my sisters. My little boy got a kick out of chasing the crabs on the beach at night, and loved having his choice of pools. Bubba's for lunch was awesome. Being right in the middle of Gulf Shores and Florida, we were able to visit public beaches to look for shells and do a little shopping also. It was so nice to have everything we needed at the condo (the owner obviously put a lot of thought into that), and being right on the beach was very convenient. I will definitely stay in this condo on future visits to the beach.
