This beautiful, completely updated 1 Bedroom, 1 full bathroom, 900 Sqft Condo is located in Marco Island, FL directly across the street from the Marriott Resort. There is Private Beach access which is rare on Marco Island. This unit is located on the 5th Floor with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets are breathtaking!! The condo is fully equipped and consists of 1 bedroom with Cable TV(1 TV in Family Room and 1 in Bedroom), 1 Murphy pull out bed, 1 full bathroom with kitchen(both updated with Granite countertops), dining and living room areas. The condo can accommodate a maximum of (4) people. Free Wireless Internet is also available. The ground floor area of the condo facility includes a tennis court, swimming pool and BBQ Gas Grill. You are within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and movies

This property owner was very responsive and I found the description to meet all aspects of the reality of the rental. It was so clean and inviting, probably one of the best rentals I have stayed at on Marco Island. IT was so nice to use the pool and everyone I met was more than personable. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wishing to have a quiet, beautiful place to stay while visiting Marco Island!

We had a wonderful time at our daughter's wedding which was at Marco Island Marriott Resort. We prefer condo living over hotel living and loved your condo. The condo is across the street from the resort which was very convenient for us. We loved the view of the ocean and the beautiful sunsets. Condo was very comfortable and clean! Very well decorated and convenient to the beach! We would highly recommend this condo !

The location is perfect...you are accross from the beach access with all amenties needed. The condo was clean and up to date. All information and photos are accurate. We enjoyed the short walk to entertainment and restaurants. We were just two people however the condo is well equipped for an additional two with a Wall Bed and lots of beach chairs. Other residents are friendly and helpful...Thanks Jim...we will be back...

2nd Year in a Row Staying here

This is my 2nd year in a row staying in this lovely condo. I stay from Jan to March. I had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave! Already have my dates reserved for 2014 and already can't wait to come back!
