The community offers 3 pools, several spas, tennis courts, outdoor BBQ area, bocce ball, hand ball & paddle ball courts, horseshoe pits, basketball courts and walking trails - dozens of ways to enjoy a grand climate. The fully staffed 'LODGE' is where friends gather and celebrate the luxuries of everyday life. Scores of amenities include fitness center & aerobics, computer lab, salon, restaurant, ballroom, game room, library and many planned activities of your choice. Located within a five minute drive are grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, drug stores and fast food. Within a 10-15 minute drive you'll find five star golf courses and downtown, offering restaurants, casino, shopping and much more.
The home is 2125 sq. ft., four years new. It is very well appointed, including three flat screen TV's with plenty of open entertaining area, including seating for up to 16 in the patio garden around the waterfall and barbeque. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends for privacy. The property is kept in immaculate condition.

The home is in a very safe, gated and new community. It is very well kept. There are many full time residents and the neighbors are very friendly, or you may prefer the peace and quite of the private outdoor entertaining area where you can barbeque and relax with the sound of the waterfall in the backgroud. The location also offers easy access to anything that you might need or want to do.
This is the only gated community in the Palm Springs area that offers a fully staffed Lodge. They are there to give you a tour and answer any questions. Among the many planned activites you'll also have the opportunity to join parties in the ballroom for dinner and live entertainment. The restaurant is family owned and offers a wide variety of home cooked items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They will also take special requests and cater.
