The great room has been updated with a dining table and six chairs that coordinate with a queen sleep sofa and love seat, recliner, and additional seating. Double sliders open to the deck and golf course just beyond, making this area bright and scenic. This floor also features a half-bath, perfect for guests using the sleep sofa. In addition, a new porcelain tile floor accentuates the aesthetics throughout this level. The second floor has two decorator enhanced bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, day bed, walk-in closet, cable TV and DVD, while the guestroom has twin beds, double closets, cable TV and VCR. A conveniently located laundry area with full size washer and dryer completes the level.

Shipyard Plantation is a scenic, gated community with 24-hour security and newly renovated beach club. The Greens has its own private, gated on-site pool. No pets/no smoking, please. No, but rental discounts for our guests are available at a local company. 5. What is your cancellation policy? There is a $50 fee for canceling a reservation.
