The Belgrade Lakes Region is located just a few miles northwest of the Maine’s capital city, Augusta, and has long been known as Maine’s premier year-round outdoor recreation area. The cottage has hardwood floors throughout the living spaces, wall-to-wall carpeting in all the bedrooms, and granite kitchen counter tops. The cottage is nestled on a large lot with 100 feet of private water frontage. The cottage is bright and spacious. Truly retreat to peace and tranquility.

There is a large deck with outdoor seating, enclosed porch, gas grill, and private dock. Large grassed area for play or relaxing! Also enjoy choice of canoe or kayaks to explore this 13 mile “long pond”. Enjoy fishing for salmon, pike or bass, swimming, or a short hike around the local beaver pond.

Swimming, canoeing, kayaking, antiquing, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, fishing, golfing.
Area:
Enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, antiquing in the many quaint villages in the area, skiing at Sugarloaf USA or Saddleback, golf at the Belgrade Lakes Golf Club (ranked as one of Americas top 100 greatest public golf courses in 2003), and arts and entertainment at Colby College or University of Maine at Farmington. Only a short drive to L. L .Bean and Maine’s rocky coast including Camden/Rockport.
