Beautiful new condo located in Clearwater Beach, Florida. Gorgeous views of the bay and the beach. Only a short walk to the beach. Withing walking distance to shops, restaurants and local bars. Private Parking, spacious living room, each bedroom has it's own cable TV.

Booked this property a year in advance for a 40th Birthday vacation with friends. We looked through many properties and narrowed down to a few, this property seemed to have everything we were looking for and to add to it the owner was very helpful and very prompt with communication. Once we arrived at the property we were extremely happy. This is an excellent property. Excellent location. Very well maintained. Is much more spacious than the photos show. The view from the Lanai is amazing and we were visited daily by Dolphins who entertained as we enjoyed our breakfast. The beach is a very short walk away. Travel Chanel called the Beach of Clearwater Beach a #1 beach ..... and it definitely is that. There are many beach shops and local eateries (Frenchies has amazing Rum Runners and Crabby Bill's had very good seafood, for a nice dining experience also visit Island Way Grill).
A must do while there is head down to Pier 60 in the evening. They have live entertainment and many local vendors selling their Beach art or jewelry.

Will definitely visit this Beach again and plan to stay at this property. We give it 5 gold stars!

I booked this rental for family coming to visit. It exceeds expectations. Lots of space very comfy and well furnished. Location is excellent for getting in and out of Clearwater and many facilities are within walking distance. Large balcony with excellent view of the intracoastal waterway and chances to see dolphins at play. My family were very pleased. Highly recommended
