Confirmation deposit of 1/2 rent is due when you receive the rental agreement. Balance due 6 weeks in advance of arrival. Full Refund for written cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival. No refund after that. Lessee must be at least age 25 and an occupant in leased property for duration of lease. Reservation is not confirmed until owner receives deposit and signed lease.
