The well-kept, detached vacation home offers sleeps for up to 6 people and provides a solar heated pool (8.5 x 4.5 m), an 820 m² nice grown and fenced property as well as 130 m² living space on one floor. It has 3 bedrooms (air-cond. available), 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining room, an open chimney, gas-central heating and is completely furnished with a roofed terrace as well as a beautiful pool terrace with barbecue area. TV, Hifi-system, dishwasher and washing machine are available. It takes only 5 minutes by car to both the long, sandy beaches and the city with all shopping facilities. Pets are allowed.

Calpe is a typical, Spanish, grown town with a beautiful old town and 2 delightful, long, fine and clean sandy beaches which are only disconnected by the “Ifach” (mountain & town’s landmark). In the green, hilly environment are 2 different residential areas with vacation homes. Shopping, sport and entertainment possibilities are offered th year-round by the town.It is the perfect starting point for lots of excursions and hiking tours. You reach the neighbouring venues Altea and Moraira or Benidorm and Denia along the coast road in only a few minutes by car.

Einfach nur Schön !!

Wir waren jetzt gerade 2 Wochen vor Ort.
Die Beschreibung im web entspricht der Realität.
Es war sauber, gepflegt und für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern (unsere sind 5 & 7) bestens geeignet (römische Treppe im Pool; wirklich ein abgeschlossenes Grundstück).

Der sehr nette & persönliche Kontakt aus der "Buchungsphase" mit der Eigentümerin setzte sich vor Ort fort durch die sehr freundliche und offene Art der Verwalterin. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wohl und "angekommen".

Das Haus bot alles, was man benötigt. (Anmerkung: klasse Matratzen - schön fest).

Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral; zu 2 großen Supermärkten keine 5 Min. mit dem Auto. Zu den Stränden, an den Hafen und in die wunderschöne Altstadt von Calpe mit ihren tollen Tapa-Bars ebenfalls max 5 Min mit dem Auto.

Die Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars ist sehr groß; Empfehlung: lieber mal ein Restaurant "abseits" der Flaniermeilen ansteuern.

Themenparks - auch geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern - sind bei Benidorm.

Und wer - wie wir - eine Affinität für die spanische Keramik hat, wird fündig, wenn man bei Calpe z.B. auf die N 332 Richtung Valencia fährt und alle Keramik-Läden bis Höhe Javea / Denia besucht.

Eine Fahrt in das Hinterland ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert.

Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen selber gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist in sehr guter Lage, nicht weit vom Meer und verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und trotzdem in ruhigem Wohngebiet. Es ist top ausgestattet, sauber und mit viel Platz für Kinder zum Spielen. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt, und konnten uns super erholen. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort ist hervorragend und unkompliziert.
Das Haus ist aufjedenfall weiterzuempfehlen.
