  • $75 per night, $1300 per month
  • Wow! What value! Whether on vacation or on a short term assignment in Hawaii, you'll love the feeling of this spacious (589 sq. ft.) and comfortable unit.

    717 At The Towers is bigger than some 1 bdrm units in the area and sleeps 2 very comfortably with loads of parking at No Extra Charge!

    Unfortunately, any four legged furry children (aka pets) are not allowed.

    Daily and monthly rates are available. Discounts are given for multiple rentals (3 months or longer). Rates do not include a 1 time cleaning fee of $65, mandatory Hawaii State Tax (11.75%) and a Refundable security deposit of $100 to cover any damage, lost keys, breakage or extraordinary cleaning, etc

    A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your reservation. Your deposit is 100% refunded if you cancel 45 days prior to your arrival. The balance, Hawaii State tax & $75 cleaning fee plus the security deposit (in a separate check) are due 30 days prior to your arrival.
  • Credit Card Payments are accepted by telephone or through PayPal.

The Kitchen is well stocked with a variety of appliances, spices, coffee, tea, condiments and plenty of dinner & glassware. Every effort is made to ensure that you have what you need while you are away. There is 24/7 security for your safety, a huge pool and a BBQ area if you feel like a swim or throwing something on the grill. Feel the need for a workout? Join the many who go walking in the early morning & late afternoon down to the beach or around the parking lot. Believe it or not, you will get a cardio workout just circling the parking lot!

We enjoyed our stay at the towers even on the busy weekend of July 4th, the beach was uncrowded and the water perfect. Just what we wanted. There was construction going right by our condo 1-2 days but other than that was very quiet. The pool and barbeque area are great. We enjoyed the local flavor of the area. We had a little trouble with the microwave, but Lee was responsive and helpful with that and available if there were any other problems. Palm trees right outside the Lanai block the view of the ocean slightly but you can still see it well from the small balcony by the bed. Lee was also very helpful with some date changes we had to make which was so helpful. Overall a wonderful experience and we can't wait to come back to Hawaii!

so well stocked with everything one needs, far more
than any hotel. We had an absolutly wonderful

Lee, there are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful and inviting your place is!! It was truly a home away from home for us! I absolutely loved everything about this condo, and was very impressed to see that the condo looked exactly like the pictures and lived up to everyone else's comment I have read here. You have left nothing out or overlooked, between the kitchen that came fully stocked with utensils to the bathroom that was loaded with linen and towels, it was much better than a hotel in Waikiki!!(believe me I've been, too much hype)Absolutely pleasurable, relaxing, inviting, MVT is the place to stay to get a true vacation away from the hustle and bustle of Waikik.Did I mention how much we loved it there? WE LOVED IT!!! We are definitely booking with you everytime we visit Hawaii, again MVT 717 was more than perfect for us and for the price it was an absolute steal!!
