Spacious lodge motif 3 level condo situated in Little Traverse Bay Golf Club/Hideaway Valley Resort. Something for ALL SEASONS ideally located in a serene setting in between downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs and only 5 minutes to Lake MI beaches and Boyne Highlands/Nub's Nob. On-site amenities include championship golf course & restaurant w/panoramic Lake MI views, outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, playground, and hiking/x-country/snowmobile trails. Close to bike path and area activities. 30 minutes to Mackinac.

Main level offers a completely outfitted kitchen w/snack bar, hardwood floors, dining room w/seating for 10, great room w/fireplace & flat screen tv, half bath, and large deck w/gas grill. Upper level offers master bedroom suite w/queen bed & private bath, 2nd bedroom w/two twin beds, 3rd bedroom w/queen bed, and another full bath. Walkout level offers 4th bedroom w/queen bed, full bath, family room w/slider to patio, sofa sleeper, foosball, tv/movies/games & laundry room.

Golf Details: The condo is nestled amongst the renown Little Traverse Bay Golf Club. It is one the of the most picturesque clubs in the state with both the championship course and fine dine restaurant having beautiful panoramic views of the bay. The area also offers countless other challenging golf experiences all within 30 minutes at Boyne, Bay Harbor, Crooked Tree, Chestnut Valley, Hidden River,True North...

Ski/Board/Snowmobile Details: The condo is only 5 minutes from both Boyne Highlands and Nub's Nob ski resorts. They rank amongst the best skiing/boarding in the Midwest. Boyne Mountain is only 30 minutes away and if you want a Canadian experience, Searchmont is less than 3 hours. Cross Country Ski and Snowmobile Trails are available on-site as well as at/near the ski resorts and numerous other places in the surrounding area. An on-site snowmobile storage area is offered free of charge during your stay at the condo.

Beaches, Lakes, and Downtown: A few of the best beaches in the area are Petoskey State Park (3 miles), Harbor Springs Public Beach (4 miles), and gorgeous Sturgeon Bay (15 miles). If you want inland lake activities, Walloon, Crooked, Burt, Mullet and Charlevoix are all within 30 minutes. They offer marinas with boat/jet ski rentals and we offer an on-site boat storage area free of charge during your stay at the condo. It's hard to beat the charm and sophistication of downtown Harbor Springs (4 miles) with its art galleries, unique stores, ice cream, fudge, lake view dining, and boat races. Downtown Petoskey is more expansive and offers its own unique small town experience with great shopping, dining, art fairs, baseball games on the bay, and much more. Bay Harbor, Charlevoix, and Boyne City also offer wonderful downtown activities and are all within 30 minutes. If you're looking for a memorable day trip, catch a ferry to Mackinac Island or cross the bridge to the U.P. (both 30 miles).

Wonderful week at a wonderful place

We had a great week at the condo. Everything was perfect for our family. People came and went as their schedule allowed. It was easy to find yet secluded. The condo had all the ameneties you would want. You didn't have to worry about room to sleep or bathroom availability. There are plenty of great restaurants close by or you can grill up a steak. The owners are wonderful hosts and will answer any questions. Would heartily recommend.

Clean, comfortable and accessible this 3 level condo is full of great features. It is located midway between Petrosky and Harbor Springs so good access to things to do in both locations at a good price. We enjoyed our peaceful stay in a very quiet location.

Awesome Ski Weekend

Jane was very accomodating for early arrival. The unit was clean & spacious. Boyne Highlands & Nubs Nob were just minutes from condo.
All the comforts of home including a foosball table in lower level. The layout provided plenty of room to relax. I would recommend this condo to anyone who would like to deal with owners who did exactly what they promised. They provide a great place for the family to have some fun. They were prompt on returning my security deposit.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great Ski Rental!

Thanks Jane! The layout of your condo worked great for our 2 families. The kids hung out downstairs while the adults relaxed upstairs with a glass of wine by the fire. It's a very comfortable up north setting.

We skied Nub's the Friday night we arrived and Boyne all day Saturday. On Sunday we took your advice and rented snowmobiles - we had a blast!

We'll be back next year.

Perfect Spot for a Family Reunion

Thank you for renting us your condo for our family reunion. Plenty of space, nicely decorated, and reasonably priced. We grilled the majority of our meals on the deck. We were surprised how private and wooded the grounds were for a condo complex.

The children had fun at the beach and condo pool, the men enjoyed the golf course, and the women loved shopping in Harbor Springs! We all had a great time boating on Crooked Lake, biking around the bay and our trip to Mackinac Island was memorable.

We try different areas every summer, but the Harbor Springs area is our favorite.
