Fantastic Beautiful Property. Built in 2009. Private Elevator in Building which requires an additional $250 Refundable Security Deposit. One half Block to Gulf Beach. Two Blocks to Bay. On a quiet street. Granite Counters. All new Furniture. Two flat screen televisions (Family Area, and Master Bedroom). 15 inch televisions in other two bedrooms. Two direct TV receivers (Family Area, and Master Bedroom) Dining room seats 8. Kitchen (Bar Area) seats 6. Wi-Fi internet though out unit. Table and chairs on Back Patio. Ceiling Fans in every room. Two queen size beds, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa allows you to sleep 8. One block away from free trolley service which takes you by most the shops and restaurants on Anna Maria and Bradenton Beach. This is the perfect place for a family get away!

The Magic is still here!

Although this was a short stay compared to our winter 2012, we thoroughly enjoyed 2309 Avenue C.
Many thanks for the warm welcome (with balloons!!) and the use of the bikes. We love the Waterfront dinner-who would think “Hog Fish” would taste so good?

We feel so fortunate to have made such good friends. Hope you have a pleasant winter, good tenants and lots of fun!

Gorgeous home-so comfortable and quiet!

Loved the jet tub and great linens. Owners are super friendly and respect your space. Loved the elevator and the dog friendly atmosphere. Extra plus I have never seen in other homes is the DVR. Was great! See you next year! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful visit to Anna Maria!

Your home has all the amenities-a beautiful kitchen/living area. Again, we had a wonderful time! This location is perfect-it is quiet on the street but close to everything. If our travels bring us back this way and 2309Ave C is available, we would happily stay here again!
