Our Bethany Bay luxury condo offers gorgeous views of the Indian River Bay and wetlands from its top floor end unit location. It has been professionally decorated and appointed to anticipate your every need while on vacation. The condo is a bi-level floor plan with two master bedrooms...perfect for two families. The first floor consists of two bedrooms (one king with private bath & one daybed/trundle with private bath), a fully stocked eat-in kitchen, living area with large TV (DVD/VCR) & fireplace, laundry closet, screened porch, and front deck. Up the spiral staircase to the second level which has another master bedroom (queen) with private bath, a second bedroom (2 queen) with a private bath. The kitchen, hallway, and all bathrooms are ceramic tile and Berber carpeting throughout the bedroom and living areas. There are 5 cable TV's, some with DVD and/or VCR. WiFi.

My family has just recently returned from a week at the condo at Bethany Beach. It was beautifully decorated and all that it was advertised to be. The pictures are exactly as we found the property. We all enjoyed the pool and the beach is just a short drive. We enjoyed watching the birds and deer from the back patio and fishing nearby. The owners were a pleasure to do business with and were prompt with all of our dealings. We would highly recommend this property for any family vacation at the beach. We look forward to visiting again next year!

Bethany Beach Bay -- The Drenner's Condo

I stayed at the Drenner's Condo the third week in Aug 09 and the property is exacting as listed and picture. The condo was extremely clean and tastefully decorated in a beach theme. Barbara and Dennis were very pleasant to work with and they even left a welcome note and basket of goodies personnally addresed to us. I had a total of 5 including myself who occupied the condo and we all had ample space and privacy. The property is about 20 mins from Rehobeth Beach and 20 mins from Ocean City, so it's right in the middle of every thing. And guess what, the beach is free! We didn't have to pay!! I'm from Jersey and we have to pay to go onto the beaches. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation spot, I would highlhy recommend Bethany Beach Bay and I would definitely stay at the Drenner's Condo. I would absolutely go back. I hated to leave! :-)

We were more than pleased with our accomodations. When we entered the condo it was spotless and even had a very clean smell. It was very private and very well maintained. The owners were very nice to deal with, they saw to every detail, right down to the discount cards for the grocery stores. The amenities, such as the pool and clubhouse, were close enough to walk or ride bikes to, which were there for us to use. It was a pleasure to deal with the owneres, extremely nice people. We will definitely come back.

We had a delightful stay at this condo. The view from the screened porch, including birds and other animals in the marsh/bay, was a highlight as was the like-new condition of the condo itself. It was roomy and comfortable. The amenities, particularly the pool and the Internet access, kept the kids busy when we weren't at the beach (which is only a short drive away). We loved it!

The condo was perfect. The design layout was well-suited for our 2 family vacation and the decor was beautiful and fun. We have rented dozens of beach homes from Florida to New Jersey, and this one was one of the most well-appointed and decorated we have seen. And our kids enjoyed the pool, foosball and air hockey on the one not-so-nice day we had during our visit. I should add that the owners were prompt, accomodating and professional in all our dealings.
