This is the first year that this home has been rented and has mostly all new furnishings and fantastic upgrades.Featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, elevator to all floors, fireplace, expansive decks including decks off the master bedroom, in the rear of house and on the rooftop, a beautiful open floor plan kitchen with big center island and stainless steel appliances, dining room seating for 12 people, lower level for parking, and beach level showers. The kitchen, LR, and DR all have beach views.
