Bella Casa: 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, sleeps 12

Bella Casa is a beautiful 4 bedroom luxury homes located in the beautiful beachside community of Heritage Shores. Its beaches are some of the most secluded in the area, so it's perfect for a family reunion, corporate gathering, or golf getaway.

This beautiful gulfside home has 1,940 sq. ft., and has views of the Gulf of Mexico. It is only about 50' away from the pools, and tennis court, and only about 100' away from the beach, and 300' away from the beach access.

Two of the bedrooms have king size beds with private baths, one bedroom has a queen size bed with private bath, and one bedroom has one twin size bunk bed and a second bunk with a twin and full size bed with private bath. There are also two sofa sleepers.

Features include a covered deck, central air and heat, free wifi, phone, cable TV, outdoor grill, washer and dryer, and microwave. There is also a TV in every room and a VCR and DVD player in the great room.

Along with the amenities of the home you also get to enjoy two pools, a tennis court, basketball hoops, and a clubhouse in the privacy of the Heritage Shores beachside community. Only steps away is a walkway to the beautiful crystal sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

With over half the peninsula reserved by the government, this is some of the best property left on the beach. It is unlikely the peninsula will ever be overbuilt like some of the surrounding beach communities.

Residents of Heritage Shores enjoy a subtropical climate, caressed by pleasant Gulf breezes.

Captains Choice was a great choice for our large family. It has plenty of space and an open floor plan when everyone is inside for meals, games, etc.. Great location in a non-commercialized area and uncrowded beaches. Very close to the beach with views of the Gulf from the back porch, an easy walk ( literally 300 yds to the beach ). Would definately recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.
The only negative and it's really not that I can think of would be that it could use an update as far as tv's and possibly fresh paint. Other than that it is perfect.

Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, our family loved every minute of it.
