  • 85.00 exit cleaning fee on all stays. Stay can begin at any day of the week providing unit is open
  • Rates as low as 400.00 per week!
    We prefer no pets as a courtesy to our other guests. 85.00 exit cleaning fee. 500.00 fully refundable security deposit. reservation can be canceled up to 30 days out with no penalty. Within 30 days, 50 percent cancellation fee unless we can re-rent the unit then we will refund 100 percent . Security deposit will always be refunded within a week after departure if unit is left in same condition as found and keys/pool pass are left upon departure. Also if reservation is canceled, the security deposit will be fully refunded.
