We are not the house next door. There is a 3rd floor rental unit and a separate ground floor rental unit. Our house has had local residents and tourist asking ' what's with that house?' Our 3rd floor 1000 sq. ft. suite has been built with every detail and comfort in mind. Your vacation is a special time and your vacation rental is a special place. We understand this and strive to ensure that every aspect of your stay is a pleasant one. Our properties provide you with every amenity you would expect in a quality vacation rental. We promise that your vacation rental will be clean on arrival and maintained regularly during your stay.
We are located in the Rustic BF Indian Reservation in East Glacier Park. Three blocks off of Hwy 2. It is a few minutes of walking to restaurants, shopping and much more.

This 3rd floor rental features a large canter levered bedroom that hold 2 queen beds, a sitting area with a 32' flat screen T.V., with a shower and a glass vessel sink and a toilet. An ample built in closet to hold your belongings. The custom kitchen is off of the bedroom and flows down into the spacious sunken living room. There is seating for 4 to eat at the granite bar and 4 at the kitchen nook. Outdoor seating is available on front and back decks.
In the sunken living room six windows span the front and the west side of the house to give excellent views of the mountain range in front. There is another full bathroom off the livingroom. For extra sleeping requirements we have a queen aero mattress and a single roll away mattress that fit comfortably in the living room. $240 a night plus tax. There is an outdoor ground level gas BBQ area and second floor deck ( 12X14 ft. ) eating area with views. The ground floor unit was also built with environmental/GREEN material like the refurbished 'ladder doors' and barn wood 'window boxes'. The FULL/DOUBLE bed rests on a platform with underneath storage. The COZY bedroom has a 5 drawer dresser, bedside table and reading light. Available for $150 plus tax. NO EARLY CHECK-INS, It is stressful for the housekeeper to have watchful eyes on her. While cleaning,(10AM-3PM) the keys in the lock box will now be unavailable and keys may be retrieved at the 3pm check-in.

We feel our enjoyment in this house should be shared with others who would like to experience a more unique vacation at an affordable price.
The property was purcchased in 2000 and building began in 2002. We wanted to build as we could afford too. To build an environmentally green home takes a lot of planning and a lot of leg work to personally go out and do the work to recover building materials is time consuming. Glacier National Park is an amazing place to live and visit, we feel that part of keeping our community natural is being environmentally responsible, so our rental property is taking a little longer than most to build but we are very conscience of our impact.
Enjoy breakfast outside on the East facing deck all summer long, with quiet peacefulness, rolling hills and the horses grazing. Our 3rd floor views from the front deck is the perfect place to watch 4th of July fireworks or to catch unobstructed views of the town and the gorgeous mountains.
