This air conditioned home is located in the village of Sippewissett on the Buzzard's Bay coast of Falmouth, MA. Situated on a private road in a secluded residential neighborhood, it is a short walk (0.3 miles) to Woodneck Beach, one of the best family beaches on Cape Cod. The house is surrounded by lawns and woods, a very private and quiet setting. The large stone fire-placed living room and dining area are great for family gatherings. It has open beam and pine ceilings throughout the house, large open-able skylights, updated kitchen, and clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Living room sliders access a large deck overlooking the side and back yards. In addition, the home offers central A/C, BBQ gas grill and enclosed outside shower (hot/cold). It is also located adjacent to a 400 acre conservation area (Beebe Woods), with beautiful walking and biking trails and fresh water ponds. The Shining Sea Bike Trail is a one mile ride from the house. Vacationing in Falmouth is the best.

Beds: 2 queen size, 2 twin size, 1 double-daybed. Bedding linens can be supplied for an additional charge. This is a no smoking and no pets rental property. Activities: Ocean swimming and boating, walking and hiking in beautiful woods or along scenic shoreline, fishing (both salt and fresh water) including deep sea charter fishing , fine dining, and just plain relaxing and taking the sun in the seclusion of the house setting or at Woodneck beach.

Remaining July and August weeks $1500 : Falmouth is also an ideal base for day-tripping to areas such as Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket; Newport, Rhode Island and historic Plymouth and Provincetown

We rented this house in July of 2009 and loved it! It is in a beautiful location, close to the Shining Sea Bike Path and Woodneck Beach. The house has a great layout with clean, updated bathrooms and a nice kitchen with new appliances, including a new washer and dryer. The outside deck is terrific! Big and private - a great place for a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. There is a nice yard for kids to play in. The owner was very nice and attentive. He returned our security deposit promptly. We would definitely rent this house again!
