The fifth Master Suite has twins. Bedroom six has 3 Twin beds with adjacent bathroom and bedroom 7 has two Twins. The sleeper den has a full size futon bed, there is also a sofa bed in lounge two. All bedrooms are beautifully adorned in custom bedding mostly with pillow top mattresses for ultimate comfort, are fully furnished with twin nightstands, chests and furnishing accessories and tastefully decorated with custom window treatments, accent walls and many arts and artifacts. There is a PlayStation 2 in a twin bedroom. There is no room smaller than 12ft x 10ft, all bedrooms are luxuriously appointed with window treatments, custom bedding, ceiling fans, TV’s with either DVDs or VCRs Living Rooms The main lounge overlooks the pool area with beautiful uninterrupted views over natural conservation and parkland beyond. This room has luxurious sofas with seating for 8 persons, 30 ft of high soaring ceilings and galleries.

French doors lead out to the pool deck and lanai/porch area. This is a wonderful area to chill out and relax in peace. The second lounge area also has access to yet another lanai/porch on the pool deck. This lounge has large sofas with seating for 8 or more. A High Definition TV Console with DVD/VCR This is an ideal area for youngsters to amuse themselves, ensuring the adults some privacy. There are two delightful dining areas in this Villa, with seating for up to 12 persons at any one time in the main dining room or at the separate breakfast room seating for 8. The lanai porch area adjoining the pool, ideal for BBQ and Alfresco dining, has seating for 16 or more persons. Gourmet Kitchens Beautiful mahogany units with preparation pedestal, full appliance range, including twin fridge/freezer, icemaker, full cooking range, microwave and fully equipped for all occasions. A breakfast bar and a large dining area adjoin the kitchen, again with poolside views and access.

Sports Facilities There is a dedicated games room, with full size pool/billiards table, football table and games area. PlayStation 2 and board games are in the bedroom. Poolside Facilities A beautiful illuminated 32 foot ripple free pool with advanced filtration awaits you, with the option of gas fired heating. This, unlike many pool systems, maintains a comfortable water temperature all year round. Rectangular in shape with easy access, enabling even the largest groups to still swim full lengths in comfort and space. The spa/hot tub can be separately heated at any time of year. There is a huge sunbathing deck, with an abundance of loungers and comfy sun chairs, the main deck is screened to keep out those bugs and excessive sunrays.
