Photos and Description of the Breckenridge vacation condo rental Remodeled 2 bed 2 bath Condo across the street from Downtown and the Four o'cloc

This end unit is conveniently located in the Park Place Condominiums, at the corner of Four O'Clock Road and Park Avenue was remodeled in October 2003 and again in November 2008. The 'new' kitchen which is fully-equipped including new stainless steel cookware, has knotty hickory cabinets, slab granite countertops, slate floor and slate back splash with pine cone art design, accented with under cabinet lighting, and an oversize breakfast bar with four barstools. There is a separate sun lit dining area with views of downtown and Baldy Mountain. The large living room has a gas fireplace and a custom log pine mantle surrounded by a rock wall. A sliding glass door to a private balcony with great views. Amenities include a computer with high speed internet access, wireless capabilities, a steam shower as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. With almost 1200 finished square feet this condominium is very spacious and convenient to everything Breckenridge has to offer.

We stayed at Rich & Normas condo during our kids spring break from March 22-28, 2009. It snowed over two feet of fresh powder through the week! The condo was a perfect location and was stocked with everything a family needs. The newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, gas fireplace, and computer/internet access were nice! We're local Coloradans and can say this is one of our favorite places to stay! Our vacation was truly a great time! Thanks Trevinos, Colorado Creightons

The condo was great for our stay in January. Very cozy after a long day on the slopes. Close to town for meals and shopping. Only a block to the shuttle and then ski all the way down to within a 1/2 block at the end of the day.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rich's condo. The location really worked great for our family. It was nice to ski in and only walk not even a block to get the ski shuttle up the street. We were able to come in for lunch which we prefer. The teenagers really liked the computer use! What a great place to stay. We hope to come back again!

This is the SECOND time we've stayed at Rich and Norma's condo. There's pleanty of Rental in Breakenridge, but none as cozy and so perfect. The location is AMAZING, within walking distance of hitting the slope, shopping, eating, and site seeing. All you could ask for. The hot tub was nice and the SteaM Shower is perfect to releave all your stress from the city. We will be back again, and again, and again!!!! THANKS!
