Are you looking for the perfect hide-a-way on a tropical island with your own private beach; a beach so quiet that you are likely to see more dolphins than people? Do you dream of a beach littered with shells and sharks teeth; a beach with one magnificent sunset after another? Then we have your dream come true! Our house is on a secluded beach that makes up the barrier island of Manasota Key. Our private beach is covered with gorgeous shells and numerous sharks’ teeth. Just off shore is one of the few Florida west coast reefs, and is perfect for snorkeling and fishing. We have 2 screened lanais; 1 right on the beach perfect for watching the enchanting sunsets and another attached to the house for Bar-B-Qing and relaxing. Our private back yard is shaded by numerous tall palms and is all that separates our cottage from the water. Our house has new appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, 3 TVs & DVDs, high speed Internet with WiFi and laser printer/fax, 3 stereos and XBox.

Great private spot with wonderful lanai right on the beach. Finally finished my book with no interruptions, except watching pelicans diving for food. You just never knew what you were going to see next. We just booked for our next vacation at this beautiful spot again.

We had a wonderful time in the Gulf Coast Beach cottage. As we live in an overcrowded, small country, we especially liked the quietness and privacy all aroud. Our children loved to swim and loved to search for sharks teeth on the beach.
We had a special time in a lovely and very convenient cottage.

This is the perfect getaway for a family with children! It was the kids first time seeing the ocean and it couldn't have been more perfect. Only a handful of people would walk by a day so it felt like the whole entire beach and ocean was ours. If you are looking for privacy it doesn't get any better then this.

We came home with hundreds of sharks teeth,it was amazing!

The cottage was GREAT. Peaceful, relaxing get away.We enjoyed walking on the beach looking for shells.The sunsets were amazing from the screened lanai on the beach. We had a wonderful 2 weeks. Thanks Mark & Michelle.
