We are private owners of these homes and assist tenants directly at all times. We live in Tahoe and we’re available 24 hours a day. Amenities: Panoramic Lake Views! Ride as a passenger on a river, sail, or fishing boat.

Boat rentals include power boat, deck boats, wave runner, pedal boat, canoe, or kayak). Other nearby activities include horse back riding at Zephyr Cove Stables, hot air ballooning, ATV/Jeep/Hummer tours, whitewater rafting, scenic hiking, and golfing (Edgewood golf course is 10 minutes away where the Celebrity Tournament is held 7/13-7/18). Casinos nearby in Stateline, Nevada, offer world class gambling, entertainment, and great dining. Outdoor summer concerts. BR B Area: /B BR Houses are all located in quiet, wooded, neighborhoods. The summer weather is outstanding! When the temperature in Sacramento and Reno nears the century mark, it is approaching 80 here. A typical July day starts off at 40 degrees but climbs rapidly to an average of 79 degrees (averages). The winters are equally mild, with an average January day ranging from 15 to 41 degrees. Compare that to Vail which ranges from 0 to 31, or Jackson Hole (5 to 28), or Stowe (1 to 25).

Mild does not mean we don't get snow. We do and lots of it.
