Paris central location

Great deal and ideal central location.
We walked to many attractions. The Orsay, and Louve are only 5 to 10 mins each and was easily able to navigate subways to other parts of town.
I took my family of 5 (3 kids 11,16 &18) to Paris. Hotels the way they are in Europe where a 2 bed unit in the US means 2 double beds, in Europe it means 2 twins and no space for a rollaway. In addition, most of Europe has a legal cap of 4 people max. in a room. That left me with having to get 2 or more rooms for my family of 5. Renting an apt. made the most sense and was much cheaper in the long run, In addition, you get the benefit of a living room and full kitchen. We were able to make our breakfasts everyday and a couple of dinners in the apartment and that saved us alot of euros. The apartment has plenty of space, a nice view of the Eiffel Tower out one window and several restaurants within a couple block walk. The "Concorde" subway station is right out the door. The owner provides you with the passwords to get in the building doors and the key is left for you in a hidden location. This was huge for us. I was arriving no earlier than 10pm at night and knew that if I had to meet someone or go to some office to pick up the key it would be big trouble. Travel from the airport was very manageable taking the RER B train from the Charles de Gaulle airport to Chatelet Les Halles station and then connecting to the subway to get to the Concorde station.
FYI, While using the subway you use tickets to enter the subway only, when taking the RER, you must feed the ticket to enter and exit the train stations so don't throw your ticket away until you are out on the sidewalk outside the station.
The apartment is walk-up on the 2nd floor (60 steps) and has 2 bedrooms, each has 1 double bed in them and the living room has a convertible couch. While the mattresses have seen better days they were adequate. I will cautious you that you enter the master bedroom thru the other bedroom so no related people or families may find that an issue if they share the apt. For my tribe it was no issue. My daughter did comment that the convertible couch with it's then mattress was not too comfortable. I suggest leaving it to one teenager or 2 small children only.
Thank you Jean-Pierre!
