Our clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated and furnished third floor condo has a living room/dining room area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen. There is a 36' Cable TV in the Living Room and a TV in the master bedroom. Winter guests can enjoy the ambiance created by our wood burning fireplace.
The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, a phone, TV+cable, a garden tub, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom, adjacent to the second full bath, has twin beds. The living room sofa converts into a queen size sleeper. There's a full second bath; and all linens and towels are furnished.
Locally, there are fine restaurants, golf courses, professional sports, local tennis courts, parasailing, deep sea fishing and many more recreational and entertainment opportunities.

For added variety, combine your beach vacation with day trips to Orlando's Disney World, Epcot Center, MGM and Universal Studios, and Tampa's Busch Gardens and Adventure Island.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM; and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during the peak seasons.
